Wirral Drug and Alcohol Action Team

We’ve been working within the Wirral Drug Treatment System for three years now and have developed many meaningful relationships with partner agencies and clients alike.

We work with Wirral PPO, Probation Service, Arch Initiatives, The Wirral Recovery Service, local hostels, YMCA, Progress to Work and many more. We are extremely proud of our work in The Wirral and Intuitive Recovery have been a key player in developing a truly recovery orientated treatment system there.

In addition to the community based work we do for Wirral we also operate within a joint venture with Liverpool DAAT in HMP Liverpool. Our intervention in the prison has been hugely successful and we are now a significant part of the offender education experience.

Manchester Adult Social Care

Intuitive Recovery was placed on the list of providers for Adult Social Care in the City of Manchester as a specialist service working with individuals preparing them for detox and giving them the skills needed post detox. We have been accessed heavily by both drug and alcohol services because of our emphasis on self reliance and responsibility. We have also had a major part in the development of recovery based services and are at the centre of the exciting new Recovery Pilot. We look forward to the coming year as an opportunity to develop greater working relationships throughout the City of Manchester with all the key agencies and promoting our focus of moving people out of treatment and on to lead happy and productive lives.
